Can I pay my rent online?

Yes, residents can opt to pay their rent online with a credit card or checking account through the Rent CafĂ© Online Payments portal available on our website. This independent, third-party payment service provider is not affiliated with Market Street Flats and residents must accept their terms of service agreement to participate. 

Is corporate housing available at Market Street Flats?

Since West Chester is home to one of the most prestigious universities in the U.S. and is located near many corporate offices in the Philadelphia area, we offer move-in ready furnished apartments for professors and professionals. Our corporate housing options are available in spacious 1- and 2-bedroom open floor plans that include cable, internet, linens, kitchenware, and other necessities. Short-term leases are available, and we can accommodate long-stay corporate needs, too. There is a three-month minimum and rates vary depending on the floor plan size. 

What in-apartment amenities are included?

Our luxury apartments offer a mix of the functional and fashionable amenities that life in downtown West Chester, PA requires! Downtown West Chester is a bustling community—and parking is scarce. That’s no concern to Market Street Flats residents who have onsite access to controlled private parking. Other great community perks include a complimentary coffee station, 24-hour on-call maintenance, onsite fitness center, a secure mail and package area, and onsite recycling. For increased resident security, all common areas are monitored by video surveillance. And best of all, Market Street Flats residents have access to the pool, fitness center, sport court, and clubhouse at our nearby New Kent apartments in West Chester. 

Is Market Street Flats pet-friendly? 

We would never expect our residents to leave their furry pals behind when they move! Our pet policy allows 2 animals (dogs or cats) per apartment with a one-time nonrefundable animal fee of $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets, along with a monthly pet fee of $35 per animal. Please note: Our pet policy does contain restrictions on certain dog breeds, so please speak with our leasing office for more information.

What major roads and highways are near Market Street Flats? 

Market Street Flats is located near several major roads and highways that easily connect you to other popular areas of Chester County, nearby Montgomery and Delaware Counties, Philadelphia, and even Delaware. 

Our apartments are just a few minutes away from US-202. Northbound US-202 not only takes you to King of Prussia, PA and its world-famous mall, it also connects with I-76 for a variety of Philadelphia destinations. Southbound US-202 connects with US-1 in Delaware County and I-95 North and South. South US-202 also crosses the Delaware state line for tax-free shopping destinations and Delaware/Maryland shore points. 

How close is Market Street Flats to West Chester University?

Market Street Flats are approximately a mile away from West University’s main campus on High Street. It’s various satellite buildings and facilities are easily accessible from our apartments, too. Walking, cycling, and public transportation are all easy options for commuting to WCU from Market Street Flats.
